Elias Figueroa, is the legendary Chilean International, 3 Times South American Player of The Year and a member of the FIFA 100 Best Players of The Century. In 1975 'Don' Elias scored the winning goal for his club, Sport Club Internacional, to win the Brazilian Football Championship. At the very moment Figueroa scored this famous goal, a ray of light fell upon him from nowhere, as if it were delivered by a greater power. This goal was immediately identified as The Gol Iluminado, "The Illuminated Goal". It will forever be synonymous with "Don" Elias FIGUEROA.
